Genesis Rail and Plant have executed many different projects for the Rio Tinto Major Works and Maintenance teams over the years, through the recent Gorge Shut the Unimog with trailers and Panel Lifters were used to remove and install 1.2km of plain line panels in very few shifts.

This operation was remarkable for its minimal disruption, with work trains and loaded Iron Ore trains to continue to operate seamlessly, Panels were effectively managed, allowing for assembly of new panels off-site and brought to the install location using our Unimog and trailers which aided in a smoother operation and installation process
